We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Contact form submissions are kept for 3 years from the date of your inquiry, unless a business relationship is established, in which case statutory retention periods apply.
  • If no further communication takes place, your data will be deleted after 3 years.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7 — Your Rights).

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of processors, strictly for the purpose of delivering our service:

  • Form processing service (Forminit) — our contact form is processed by Forminit (formerly Getform), using EU-based servers. Data submitted through our contact form is stored within the European Union and does not leave the EEA.   • Email service providers — used solely to receive and respond to your inquiry.

All processors are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with the GDPR.
